Mr. Zhong
Yanhong, graduated from China University of Political
Science and Law in 1991 with a LL.B., has accumulated
ten years of practical experiences since he is admitted
to the bar in 1992 and started his legal practice
in 1993. Before joining Beijing Tianru Law Firm as
a partner, he been working in Beijing Dacheng Law
Firm as an associate and in Beijing Hengshi Law Firm
as a partner.
Mr. Zhong
Yanhong has served as long term general legal counsel
for nearly 20 organizations and has accumulated rich
experiences in the area of company law, especially
asset reorganization, equity/share merger and acquisition.
He is among the first to practice in IPR area in Beijing,
and has garnered rich practical experiences and research
experience in the field of copyright, trade secret,
anti-competitive practices. With skillful use of relevant
legal knowledge, Mr. Zhong Yanhong has independently
represented in several hundred litigation and ADR
proceedings. In addition to general aptitude required
of a practicing lawyer, he has developed additional
expertise by engaging in various financial, real estate
and foreign trade cases.
