Safeguard
Measures:
The first case of implementation of safeguard measures on
some imported steel and iron products in China in 2002.
As the agent for the domestic importers and the downstream
enterprises of
silicon steel plate products, I responded to the investigation
agency, attended the hearings and presented opinions that
were finally adopted by the investigation agency to exclude
silicon steel plate products from the scope of the safeguard measures.
Anti-dumping:
The first case of review of the anti-dumping measures on
the cold rolling plate from Russia, South Korea, Ukraine
and Kazakhstan and Taiwan. As the agent for Russia Novolipetsk
Iron & Steel Corporation, I responded to the investigation
agency, attended the hearings and presented opinions.
