Yang Cheng, graduated from China University of Political
Science and Law in 1990, successively worked in Beijing
Xuanwu District People’s Court and the Second Intermediate
People’s Court of Beijing. During the period, he
was successively engaged in adjudicatory affairs and
later acted as the secretary for the leader of the
Court.
Since became a lawyer, Yang Cheng has handled the
case of Tongye Futures in Qingyuan City, Guangdong
Province, with the national biggest object of action
and the case of illegal administration involving Chaoyang
Sub-bureau and Dongcheng Sub-bureau under Beijing
Municipal Bureau of Public Security, and won both
of them.
Yang Cheng
has carried comparatively in-depth research on law
and well combined them with judicial practices, especially
in the fields including intellectual property, real
estate, corporation legal system and protection of
consumers’ legal interests. He has written and published
a number of articles and been reported by CCTV.
