Lawyer Gao Xiaofeng graduated from the Faculty of Law at China University of Political Science & Law (LL.B) in July 1991 and the Law School of University of International Business & Economics (LL.M) in December 2003. Commencing his lawyer experience from 1993, he is now the Partner Lawyer.

Known for his mastery of civil, commercial, financial and taxational fields, Gao was licensed the qualifications of Appraiser for Collective-Owned Enterprises’ Property Rights by the State-owned Assets Administration of the State Council (now known as the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council) and State Science and Technology Commission, and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the State Administration of Taxation and Ministry of Personnel.

Lawyer Gao specializes in advising on corporate and business legal matters, including: non-lawsuit matters such as the establishment of the corporations and enterprises, appraisal of property rights, corporate reform; and financial law matters of debit-credit / short-term loan / deposit receipt disputes; taxation matters of taxation planning / agent / administrative reconsideration/litigations; and perennial expertized law consultation.
